Yesterday I had the worst experience at the DUNKIN DONUTS on 62nd and 12 Ave by a manager. I had ask for a minute before placing my order, the person on the other end was being very rude and unprofessional and rushing me for my order. So when I pull up to the window I ask who was I speaking to on the intercom and she said me (Manager). But before pulling up to the window I guess she thought she cut of the intercom and all can here her saying bad things out her mouth. One thing I remember her saying she don't know what the f she want before she notice she was still on the intercom. This is not the first time. I've been a DUNKIN customer over 10 years and never would I expect to be talk to in such way by a MANAGER. If that who you guys have conducting your establishment well you guys are in for a rude awaking. I will never ever spend another dollar at DUNKIN ever again. I never been treat in that way by anymore. It broke my heart knowing I've be a very loyal customer over 10 years and this is how I get treated. If that's the way she treat customers in front of her employees they will think it's okay to do the same. I don't need anything free from you guys im just never coming back to DUNKIN, this literally bought tears to my ears. For now on I will be spending my money at STARBUCKS. Thanks to your manager on 62nd and 12 Ave. I don't know her name but she needs to be termanated, because that's not how you run a business and that's not a role model your employees needs.

I just had a bad experience at Dunkin' Donuts store number 350275. My husband and I went through the drive-through order number 964. When I opened my three English muffins I realize that they were not toasted and it clearly states on my receipt toasted with butter. I even paid extra for the butter. My husband and I decided to go ahead and eat them because we figured the store was busy and we did make a big deal about. After eating the top half of the English muffin we just couldn't stomach the other half so decided to turn around and go back into the store. When we arrived we explain the problem to the manager Shelby. However she was extremely rude and told us that there was nothing she could do for us since it had already eaten half and took a bite out of 2. My husband explain that the English muffins were not toasted as requested and we just couldn't eat them could we please have new ones. Again the manager was rude and said nothing could be done. My husband insisted that something must be done we didn't not get what we paid for. Shelby grabbed the bag and went to the kitchen. There was a line of people behind us and they all received their beverages and sandwiches and we were still waiting half an hour later Shelby came back and threw the bag on the counter. She did not offer an apology, say sorry for the inconvenience, not even a thank you for waiting please come again. We frequently come to this particular store and I guarantee after today's experience will not be going back there again. I don't think our request was unreasonable. Customer satisfaction should be a priority. A response would be greatly appreciated. Ann P.
