Dunkin Donuts HORRIBLE Customer Service


On our way to Sarasota Jungle Gardens our family stopped by Dunkin Donuts and the woman who worked the drive through was so rude as she was taking my order she made it seem as if we were bothering her by giving our orders. She also informed me incorrectly about one of the ice coffees. I asked her for medium coffees she gave us all small coffees also one of the iced coffees we received did not have whipped cream on it which we asked her to add even though it showed on the menu it came with whipped cream when we asked her she responded "welll do you want me to fix it " with a attitude. Overall our expierence with this location was terrible. Such a shame I love DD but that woman was terrible cashier was Nicole M but I'm not sure if that was the same woman who took our order DD354508 8/7/3017
